- Send from your own ETOP account to the SteamID shown on the sell page. Use "Check username" to confirm the destination before sending.
- Make sure the gift is unlocked. Open My Profile → My Gifts on ETOP; if the row still says Locking, press Unlock. A gift that is not unlocked has not reached us and cannot be claimed yet.
- Claim on the site. Enter the Sending Time, Quantity and Total exactly as the Gifts I sent tab shows them. That is the proof you are the sender.
- Get paid. USDT goes to the wallet address you chose; the network fee comes out of the payout. The rate is locked at the moment you send — the price you saw is the price you get.
Every sell payout passes an operator check before it goes out. That is standard procedure for outgoing money, not a sign of a problem; your order code shows the status.

- Once your transfer matches your claim, the payout is prepared automatically and passes a final check. Keep your order code; it shows every step live.
- My gift says Locking — why can't I claim it?
- Press Unlock under My Gifts on ETOP. A gift that is still Locking has not reached us, so it cannot be claimed yet.
- How much is the network fee?
- It depends on the network you pick to receive USDT. The figure shows on your order page before the payout is sent, and comes out of the payout.
- I lost my sell order code.
- Use the search by sender SteamID on the sell page — your order can still be found.
