Choosing a Network
Make sure the network name you pick on the payment page matches your exchange's withdraw screen exactly.
About Network Fees
- The withdrawal fee is set by your exchange, not by us — the exact figure is always on its withdraw screen.
- The shard price is identical on every network, so only that withdrawal fee differs.
- Network names on our payment page match Binance's naming exactly, so they're easy to line up.
If You Sent on the Wrong Network
Do not send again
Funds sent on a network not listed on your payment page, such as Ethereum or
Base, are not read automatically. They can often be recovered manually: contact
us with your order code and the transaction hash.
