How fast do shards arrive after I pay?
Usually within seconds of the payment being detected.
Detection itself takes a few seconds to a few minutes after the transaction
lands on the blockchain.
Does the amount have to be exact?
On BSC, Polygon and Solana your order has its own address, so
your shards follow whatever amount arrives. TRON (TRC20) uses a shared
address, so send exactly the figure shown; it is your order's matching
code.
Which network is cheapest?
The withdrawal fee is set by your exchange, and the exact figure
is on its withdraw screen. The shard price is identical on every
network.
I paid but the status hasn't changed.
After a few minutes, paste the transaction hash into the order
page's box "Sent it but the status hasn't moved?" The full walkthrough is on
the Payment not detected page.
My sell gift says Locking — why can't I claim it?
Press Unlock under My Gifts on ETOP. A gift still in
Locking hasn't reached us yet, so it can't be claimed.
I lost my order code.
Paste the transaction hash to @EtopChangerBot, or reach the
team via /help; the order can still be found. For sell orders, use the
sender-SteamID search on the Sell page.
